Systematic Rail Replacement that includes Hauling and Transportation of rails from depot to mainline, dismantling of old rails and hauling from mainline to depot, Installation of new rails including thermit welding works, rail grinding , ultrasonic testing or rail welds and fixing of rail fastenings.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Joratech Corporation recognizes that it has a responsibility to the environment and society that is present around it. The company is also aware of its capability to influence, change, and better the world around it in more ways than what is expected in the railway and construction industry.
In this regard, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy will detail and frame the two ways in which the company shall aim to do so: Environmental and Philanthropic.
1) Environmental Responsibility
As an ISO certified company, Joratech shall strictly adhere to the policies and regulations stipulated in the Environmental Management Systems standard or ISO 14001:2015. This includes, among others, proper waste management and offsetting negative environmental impacts such as annual tree planting.
2) Philanthropic Responsibility
Joratech aims to actively and positively make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. The company should organize outreaches every month of December. Priority shall be given to the following institutions/organizations:
a. Taytay Elementary School (Santa Cruz, Marinduque)
i. A public school based in Marinduque for students in grades 1 to 6.
b. Marillac Hills National Training School for Girls (Filinvest Avenue, Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
i. Marillac Hills provides temporary shelter, custody, pscho-social interventions for abused girls and those in conflict with the law.
The employees of Joratech Corporation shall actively participate and engage in the above activities and shall strive to support the company’s commitment to the CSR policy.
Joratech’s Management Representative (MR), in cooperation with Top Management, shall oversee the proper implementation of this policy annually.
